Promoting goodwill and networking between building owners, managers, and contractors. Educating all people involved in the operations of maintaining office buildings.
The Purpose of this Association are as follows:
To promote the advancement of sound engineering practice and the observance of high professional standards in the operation and maintenance of office, institutional, group residential, commercial and industrial buildings;
To encourage mutual cooperation and assistance among its members;
To aid and assist the dissemination of pertinent information and data, the advancement of educational opportunities, and the exchange of ideas in furthering improved building operation;
To cultivate good fellowship and networking among its members of the Association and other relates associations.
Our Motto: Co-operation and Effeciency.
- Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month (subject to change).
- Special events include, Holiday Party ( December), Golf Outing ( May) , Year End (June) and annual charity function. Other events might be included, such as serving meals at the Ronald McDonald House.
- 2010-2011 Charity Function will be a comedy night to be held in February. Further details will be coming soon.
